JOEY

Personal Trainer

Coming from a wrestling and football background, growing into a personal trainer and  CrossFit coach, Joey is such a huge fitness enthusiast, a coach looking to guide, support and lead others to achieve a healthier lifestyle to accomplishing their desired goals.  He truly wants growth and progression for all he works with.  With fitness as his passion and on a personal note, Joey also takes great pride by working and bettering himself in the Olympic Lifting arena, working and achieving his goals and participating in multiple partner competitions where he has placed 1st and 2nd.  Joey also loves the outdoors by enjoying time with his pup and his motorcycle rides.

LORRAINE

Personal Trainer

Lorraine is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified in Group Training, working with all ages and fitness levels. Her athletic interest started with youth sports playing basketball, soccer and softball. Lorraine then began Martial Arts and earned her black belt in karate. She has been training and teaching karate for 25 years. Group Training experience for 20 years and has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 5+ years. Hobbies include hiking, running, yoga, and family time.

BILLY

Personal Trainer

Billy is a Certified Personal Boxing coach.  Billy our Adores working with all ages and fitness levels. He is such a motivator, nurturer, and your biggest fan.  Billy adores physical fitness and truly takes great pride helping others of all ages to become  physically and mentally stronger.  Billy is our Power Guy and loves throwing out some fierce punches.  Hobbies include hiking, music, good food and lots of family time. 

ERIC

Personal Trainer

I first gained an interest in fitness when I was 22 years old. This interest quickly developed into a passion and since then I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat, through training and nutrition.
This journey began when I initially started coaching family and friends for fun and developed into my chosen career path. This career path was an obvious choice for me as I have a natural ability to coach and motivate people to understand and trust in my methods and from this, I get and expect amazing results. Along with the skills I have developed to be able to design effective goal specific training programs and pinpoint flaws within a clients current nutritional and lifestyle habits and correct them in a way that is both easy to understand and manageable within their current needs and circumstances.

CAROL

Personal Trainer

Hi my name is Carol Scanlon. I'm a certified group fitness instructor as well as personal trainer with over 12 years experience in the business. I love working with all ages and fitness levels - I have worked with children - special needs young adults as well as seniors. I am a strong believer in practicing what I preach. I enjoy working out and try to always learn something new.

EVELYN

Personal Trainer

My fitness career began with an interest in staying in shape in my younger years, which led into the health profession. I became a trainer and instructor at the age of 20 and built into other programs within the gym steps from CrossFit arena. My certifications include CF Level 2, Functional Training, Pre-Post Natal and Personal Training Ace.

I am now a mom of 2 teens. I LOVE helping other people obtain their health goals making them the best versions of themselves, instilling confidence and a strong mindset.

My hobbies include CrossFit, golfing, and hosting family functions.

GEORGE

Personal Trainer

George is a USA Certified Boxing Coach with experience working with both the youth and adult populations. He has been training for over two decades. As a youth he played baseball, basketball, and football all while training at some of the local gyms in his hometown of Paterson, NJ. He ultimately put his passion aside to continue to purse higher education. Back in 2013, George got back into training again and most recently worked with his Human Resources Department to conduct small group training for a wellness program to help employees pursue fitness. His favorite method of training is bootcamp style circuit training that incorporates multiple modalities in one session. He also focuses on boxing style bootcamps that combine technique along with conditioning.
